By using GwiGwi ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GwiGwi is an AI-powered creative platform where users generate AI creations — including images, videos, and 3D creature models — using text or image prompts, submit them to themed competitions, and vote on others' work. The Service uses third-party AI APIs (Meshy, Tripo, DeepSeek) for content generation.
Upon first visit, you are automatically assigned an anonymous account. You may upgrade to a persistent account at any time by signing in with an email address or a supported OAuth provider (e.g. Google). Anonymous sessions are tied to your browser — if you clear cookies or switch devices without upgrading, access to the anonymous account may be lost. We are not responsible for data associated with unrecovered anonymous accounts.

Violations may result in content removal and permanent account suspension without notice.
Credits are a virtual in-app currency used to access generation features (e.g. images, videos, 3D models, rigs) and certain creative actions. Credits have no real-world monetary value outside the Service, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. We may adjust credit pricing, generation costs, and reward rules at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.
Optional credit packs may be purchased through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By making a purchase you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Lemon Squeezy collects payment information, calculates and remits applicable taxes (e.g. VAT/GST), and issues receipts.
Once credits are added to your account, they are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. If you believe a charge is incorrect or you did not authorize it, contact us within 14 days of the transaction. We may, at our discretion, reverse the credits and instruct Lemon Squeezy to refund the corresponding amount.
We reserve the right to revoke purchased credits in cases of fraud, chargeback, or violation of these Terms. Unused credits do not expire for active accounts but are forfeited on account deletion or suspension.
Content generated through our Service is created by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before submission.
AI-generated content is subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (Meshy, Tripo). You retain rights to your text prompts and uploaded images.
By submitting, uploading, or otherwise making content available through the Service (including images, videos, 3D models, prompts, comments, and associated metadata such as titles), you grant GwiGwi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media now known or later developed, for the purposes of:
You retain ownership of your content. Where reasonably possible, we will credit you by your displayed username. This license survives termination of your account for content that has already been incorporated into derivative works prior to deletion.
You may permanently delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Deletion is irreversible and removes:
Aggregated and anonymized statistics, as well as derivative works already produced under §7a, may be retained.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
